Simply fill out this form. I cancelled mine several years ago and only watch Netflix or Amazon Prime and the occasional catch-up (not BBC iPlayer). I have never had a visit and get an email every couple of years asking me to confirm. Were I to ever get a visit they would arrive to see my TV disconnected from the aerial socket.
